Luwinga Secondary School is located near Mzuzu University and has received a complete ICT center in late 2013. It was jointly established by student volunteers from Mzuzu University, FAIR and employees from the ICT department of Mzuzu University.
In 2015, the center was upgraded.
During 2016, more computers have been added.
