During May 2023, we had to give up our physical location in Denmark. It was a very hard loss for volunteers for over a decade to clear out the last temporary space. We had a basement location for 2 years, hoping for another location that never came. After this, we decided to pass on the last equipment to a similar organization Seniorer Uden Grænser.
In 2010, when FAIR Denmark sent the very first container to Malawi, we celebrated with a Danish snaps at 7 AM in the morning. The snaps was preserved for 13 years but we didn't dare to drink the rest :) Next to it is a brick from our very first location that we left in 2011 - the house was demolished and we saved that final brick. Now, everything is lost.. the snaps and the brick :/
